Point Reserves
Gold Flow maintains a surplus of Point Reserves in order to meet the financial obligations of the Gold Flow Guarantee. The Point Reserves enable Gold Flow to always have sufficient financial resources on hand to purchase as many Points as members may wish to return to Gold Flow.
Gold Flow guarantees that the total value of its Point Reserves will always be greater than or equal to the total value of members’ Points. To assure transparency, Gold Flow will publish an accounting of Point Reserves and the total of members' Points on the Gold Flow website as of the end of every month, no later than fifteen Days following the end of the month.
