Gold Flow Guarantee
Gold Flow guarantees that it will purchase any Points that you choose to return to Gold Flow from your available Point balance so long as your available Point balance is at least 10,000 Points. Gold Flow will purchase the Points based on the Price for 10,000 Points for return transactions at the time of submitting the transaction less any applicable fees. Gold Flow maintains a surplus of
Point Reserves
in order to meet the financial obligations of the Gold Flow Guarantee.
To take advantage of the Gold Flow Guarantee, you must submit a return transaction through the Gold Flow website. The transaction limit for the return transaction is the greater of your available Point balance or 10,000 Points. If your available Point balance is less than 10,000 Points, you may not return Points to Gold Flow.
This is NOT a money back guarantee.
The price at which you return Points to Gold Flow may be higher or lower than the price at which you bought the Points from Gold Flow. If the price is lower for the return transaction than the buy transaction, then you will receive less money from returning Points than you paid for buying Points. In addition, Gold Flow imposes a 1% Fee for return transactions.
